PAVEMENT Parking

PAVEMENT Parking

Pavements are for everyone. Please don't block them with parked vehicles. Consider blind and partially sighted people, wheelchair users, mobility scooter users, elderly residents, and parents with pushchairs who may be forced into the road when the pavement is obstructed.

Think before you park. If your vehicle is causing an obstruction, move it. If you're parking, make sure there is enough room for everyone to pass safely. A few extra seconds spent parking responsibly can prevent someone from being put at risk.

Let's keep our pavements accessible, safe, and open for all. Park responsibly. Report dangerous obstructions. Be considerate of others. 🚶‍♀️👨‍🦯♿👶 #PavementsForEveryone #ParkResponsibly #ConsiderOthers #CommunitySafety
